&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;ट्रान्जिस्टर&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; एक [[अर्धचालक युक्ति]] है जिसे मुख्यतः [[प्रवर्धक]] (Amplifier) तथा [[इलेक्त्रॉनिक स्विच]] के रूप में प्रयोग किया जाता है। कुछ लोग इसे बीसवीं शताब्दी की सबसे महत्वपूर्ण खोज मानते हैं।&lt;br /&gt;

ट्रान्जिस्टर का उपयोग अनेक प्रकार से होता है। इसे [[प्रवर्धक]], स्विच, वोल्टेज नियामक (रेगुलेटर), सिग्नल माडुलेटर, आसिलेटर आदि के रूप में काम में लाया जाता है। पहले जो कार्य [[ट्रायोड]] या त्रयाग्र से किये जाते थे वे अधिकांशत: अब ट्रान्जिस्टर के द्वारा किये जाते हैं।  इसका उपयोग amplifiers के रूप मे किया जाता है n= nagetiv p= positive&lt;br /&gt;

ट्रांजिस्टर दो प्रकार के होते हैं।&lt;br /&gt;
