कैनन ऑफ मैडिसिन

साँचा:Avicenna द कैनन ऑफ मैडिसिन (अरबी: القانون في الطب Al-Qanun fi al-Tibb "औषधि विधान"; फारसी: قانون Qanun "Law"; लैटिन: Canon Medicinae "Canon of Medicine"; Chinese: Hui Hui Yao Fang "Prescriptions of the Hui Nationality") एक 14-खण्डीय अरबी चिकित्सा विश्वकोष है, जो फारसी मुस्लिम वैज्ञानिकों एवं चिकित्सक इब्न सिना द्वारा बनाया गया था। इसे सन 1025 में पूर्ण किया गया था।^[१] यह अरबी भाषा में लिखा है। यह उनके निजि अनुभव, मध्य कालीन इस्लामी औषधियों, यूनानी औषधज्ञों के लेख्क गैलेन के लेखों पर आधारिय था।^[२] इसके साथ ही यह भारतीय चिकित्सकों सुश्रुत एवं चरक व प्राचीन अरबी व फारसी औषधि ज्ञान पर भी आधारित था।^[३] कैनन को औषधि इतिहास में अतिमहत्वपूर्ण पुस्तक माना जाता है।^[४]
