अधिदेवता या अधिदेवी ऐसे देवता या देवी को कहते हैं। जो किसी स्थान, परिवार, गाँव, शहर, व्यक्ति, राष्ट्र, व्यवसाय या अन्य चीज़ का रक्षक होने के लिए विशेष मान्यता रखता हो। उदाहरण के लिए हिन्दू धर्म में ज्ञान की अधिदेवी सरस्वती हैं।

अंग्रेज़ी में अधिदेवता या अधिदेवी को 'ट्यूटेलरी' (tutelary) कहा जाता है।[१]
हिन्दू धर्म में
हिन्दू धर्म में कई प्रकार के अधिदेव हुआ करते हैं। गाँवों के अधिदेवों को 'ग्राम देवता' भी कहा जाता है। परिवारों के अधिदेवों को 'कुलदेवता' और 'इष्टदेवता' कहा जाता है। किसी प्रान्त या समुदाय के देवता को 'लोकदेवता' कहा जाता है।
प्राचीन रोम में
प्राचीन रोम की सभ्यता में अधिदेव हुआ करते थे। मसलन लानूवियम (Lanuvium) शहर की कुलदेवी जूनो (Juno) थीं।[२]
