लोकसेवा अधिकार कानून

भारत में लोकसेवा अधिकार कानून (Right to Public Services legislation) वे कानून हैं जो नागरिकों को एक निर्धारित अवधि के अन्दर लोकसेवाएँ देने की गारंटी देते हैं। इन कानूनों में यह प्रावधान है जो लोकसेवक समय पर लोकसेवा न दे पाने का दोषी पाया जायेगा, उसे दण्डित किया जायेगा।
